You are enough.

You are enough. You are complete. There is nothing to 'strive for', no place to get.

Allow yourself to be seen, to be held and to be loved, by Spirit, by nature, by yourself, by others.

Life isn't a competition, its more beautiful than that... its a journey to come back to ALL that you are... to know, that you are enough just as your are right in this very present moment.

Take a moment to breathe in this present moment. Where are you? You are here. Not there. Not striving to be anywhere but in the presence of now.
